Servo Stabilizers

 A servo stabilizer is an advanced electrical device that uses a servo motor to provide a precise, stable output voltage to connected equipment, protecting it from damaging power fluctuations. Unlike conventional relay-based stabilizers, which make adjustments in fixed steps, servo stabilizers offer continuous, real-time voltage correction with high accuracy, typically within a tolerance of ±1% 


 How It WorksThe operation of a servo stabilizer relies on a closed-loop feedback system. 

  1. Voltage Sensing: A control circuit continuously monitors the incoming voltage from the main power supply.
  2. Deviation Detection: When the input voltage deviates from the preset nominal value (e.g., 230V), the control circuit detects this change.
  3. Motor Activation & Adjustment: The control circuit activates a servo motor, which is mechanically linked to a variable transformer (variac). The motor moves the brush along the transformer's winding to either increase or decrease the voltage.
  4. Voltage Stabilization: This adjusted voltage is then fed through a buck/boost transformer, ensuring the final output voltage is stable and within the safe operating range for the connected appliances.
